Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Preparing Documents & Record Keeping – Draft and manage official company documents, resolutions, and agreements.
- Advisory Duties – Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.
- Risk Management & Ethics – Help develop policies related to compliance, ethics, and risk management.
- Office Management – Provide support for day-to-day office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document tracking.
- Regulatory Compliance – maintain and update company records such as registers of members, directors, and shareholders.
- Support in Meetings – Assist in scheduling and organizing board and company meetings, and Take notes and prepare summaries from meetings.
- Coordinate Communication – Help manage communication between the company, directors, and external parties.
Required Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Accountancy, or any related field.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
